Data controller

The controller of the data processed through the platform is [owner / company name], tax ID [tax ID], contact email hola@wordnext.tech.

What data we process and why

We process the data you provide when using the platform:

• Account and free sign-up: your email address, to create your site and give you access.
• Configurator (/configurar): name, email, phone and message, to prepare your quote and contact you.
• Website check (/comprobar): the website address and, to receive the report, your email.
• Our own analytics: aggregated usage metrics, with no cookies or personal data (your IP is not stored).

Legal basis

Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (your sign-up and requests), your consent when we ask for it (e.g. for the emailed report), and the legitimate interest in the security and improvement of the service.

Retention

We keep the data for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods. Request data is kept as long as needed to handle it.

Recipients and processors

We do not sell your data. To provide the service we rely on providers acting as data processors, with the safeguards of Article 28 GDPR:

• Vercel Inc. — hosting and CDN.
• Neon Inc. — database.
• Brevo (Sendinblue) — email delivery.
• Cloudflare — anti-fraud protection (Turnstile).
• Stripe — payment processing.

International transfers

Some providers are located outside the European Economic Area. In those cases appropriate safeguards apply (the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or other valid mechanisms).

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@wordnext.tech. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
